It's been a while since I updated this site, mainly because I've been creating a site for Liv'in'Proof, the duo I form with Michelle. I've finally got the new site up and running, and I've modified the main navigation to include the link. I've also added a link for the website of the musical association we recently created with friends, called Musical'âme. Changes in our work over the last year have meant we spend a lot more time in musical activites, and this association helps us to organise those activities which include our duo and the choir s[i]nglish, but also our group which also goes by the name Everlight's Keep. Plase feel free to explore the new site and enjoy our music . . . Read more

An excellent song, with a great message in the lyrics! It's incredibly simple to play as it just repeats the same 4 chords over and over, but without getting boring! When playing it with just one guitar the challenge is to play a little with the rhythm, stopping in selected places to add interest, as the guy in the embedded video does.

The alternative version is in Em and can thus be played using barre chords or open chords played up by the headstock. Personally I think the song sounds better and closer to the original with the barr chords, and they work better for getting the rhythm . . . Read more

This is a beautful little song from the Hannah Montana Movie, starring Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus. The song's a sort of lullaby, and features the voices of daughter and dad.
The song's simple enough, and if you use a capo on the 4th fret, as in the video on this page, the song sounds fine. One video I came across shows Hannah's guitarists playing with capo on the 9th fret, which is for an exact rendition, but it's obviously a lot harder to play . . . Read more
